Macy's Buy

The stock of Macy's (M) is extremely cheap right now!  Situations like this rarely come along.  The market cap for this company is 11 billion.  Crazy thing is the estimated value of all their Real Estate holdings is 21 Billion!  Two great things can happen for shareholders.  First is they may spin off or sell their real estate holdings and the stock will double.  Otherwise the market will realize the stock is super undervalued and the stock will close to double.  In the mean time collect the 4% dividend and get paid to wait for great things to happen.  Back up the trunk and buy this one now.  Thanks for reading and good luck investing.
