Trump Rally

I expected the Market to rally, if Trump won.  I just took it wouldn't happen this soon after the election.  Plus I expected some falling of the market for more than 15 minutes after the results were announced.  Thanks for reading and good luck investing.  Tony

Stock Sale

Stocks have moved into over sold territory this week. Now that Donald Trump is all but done things should rally after the election.  The market will like the more the same policy that Hillary Clinton will continue. It will be like Barack Obama's third and maybe forth term.  The market likes certainty so this rally looks like a done deal.  Thanks for reading and good luck investing.  Tony

Macy's Stock Revisted

Look back at my posts about Macys this year. Looks like they were very timely. Today the stocks (M) is starting to move up in a big way. Don't believe it's too late to get into this one. AT & T Buy

Look back at my 11/26/2105 post recommending a buy on At&T at $33! A very timely post for sure.  The stock is now over $42 and if you took my advice you received 3 dividend payments.  I still love the company and think it's a long term hold.  When the shares dip below $40 will buy some more. Macy's Stock (M)

This one has started to move up but it's not even close to too late to get in on it.  Their Online strategy is starting to pay off big time!  So convenient to buy online and be able to do returns at any store, no questions asked.  I am not only a shareholder but a customer as well.  This one pays over a 3% dividend and should double within two years. Macy's Stock (M)

I haven't been posting much lately here, sorry.  I have a tip for you that is so good!  Back up the trunk and buy Macys (M) stock.  These short term issues are only temporary.  They can compete in the new Online world for sure.  I love the fact you can make Online purchases and pick up in the store.  Also can make returns to any store, no questions asked.  Amazon doesn't yet offer this and may never.  Buy this stock around it's current $32 and ride it up to $50 in the next year.  Collect the nice dividend in the mean time.  Good luck investing.  Tony

What a great time to start or increase a position in this company!  The stock is down 40% from it's yearly high.  Broken up the company and it's real estate worth double the current stock price. Buy it and collect the over 4% dividend while you wait for the market to truly value this company.  Get opportunities like this don't come around that often.
